How can I place an order?

The preferred method is via the internet by logging into "Place Order" at the top of any of our web pages. However, you may also order via e-mail, fax, or phone with any of our customer service representatives.

Can I place an order online?

Existing customers with open accounts may place their orders here on this web site.

Can I order using a credit card?

Credit card orders may be placed by phone. To place an order using a credit card, please call 800-521-0575. Ensign Emblem accepts MasterCard and Visa.

Open Accounts

What are the terms for open accounts?

Payment is due NET 30 DAYS for customers with accounts.

How can I determine what invoices are outstanding?

Customers with open accounts may check their outstanding balances and print invoices using Ensign eAccess. You may login to eAccess using the login box at the top of the page.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Please contact a customer service representative for assistance.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

A restocking fee of 20% plus shipping charges will be applied for all returned stock items.
